Fanfic by Drassil, completed in 2013. A crossover set between Knightmare's second and third series, the story involves characters from American television's forensic crime drama CSI franchise - Gil Grissom and Michael Keppler from CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Horatio Caine from CSI: Miami, Mac Taylor from CSI: NY - being brought from 2007 to the Knightmare Dungeon to investigate the suspicious death of Bumptious. CSI: Knightmare, which can be read here, includes characters from Series 2 and later KM series. It is written to most closely resemble an episode of CSI: Miami and the dramatic licence seen during that series. Typically for Drassil's fanfics, it also includes retcon not previously addressed by other fanfiction.
